Creating a Campaign

To create a new campaign:

  1. Click on the Campaigns tab at the top of the interface.

  2. Click on the New Campaign button.

  3. Enter a Campaign Name and Description.

  4. Select dates for bothe the Start and End dates
    The dates entered have no impact on the functionality of the system and are only used for your reference.

  5. Click OK to save the new Campaign.

When you click on "New Campaign" under the Campaigns tab at the top of the Contentivity interface, you will be presented with the following form:

The "Properties" tab allows you to enter descriptive information about the campaign. This information can only be viewed by other users of Contentivity and will never be displayed on the live site.

The start and end dates for the campaign are intended to indicate when this campaign should run, but these dates are not enforced (they are for informational purposed only).

The tabs at the top of the form allow a Contentivity user to view which Emails, Banners, or Off-line referrals have been added to the Campaign. They are added to the campaign on their respective add/edit pages, not from these tabs. See Emails, Banners, or Off-Line for more information.
