This is the name by which the Widget can be identified in the Widget Panel or other functions which list Widgets. It is not displayed on the page.
The Form Elements box allows you to create and edit Form Elements. Some knowledge of how Internet forms work is helpful. For more information see Form Elements.
Once an Element is created you can sort the order using the arrow buttons or delete it with the X button.
Thank You Page
Allows user to select a thank you page to which the viewer will be re-directed after a form is properly submitted. This page should be created before adding the Form Widget.
Choose a style
Allows the user to select a text Style that will be used for the form.
Checking this will allow the user to email the form.
Email addresses that to which form will be sent.
Subject of the email:
Checking this will insert the form data into the table specified. To create a table for a form see Form Database Table Creation.
